Cyrstal Ridge Scramble Trail Run – UPDATE!
Come join us for an amazing run on the trails at Crystal Ridge Ski Area on Sunday July 24th! Revolution Natural Running & Walking Center is the new local organization hosting the Crystal Ridge Scramble. The new store is located at 117th St. & North Avenue in Wauwatosa, and has a wide variety of footwear, gate analysis, and barefoot running clinics. As the local sponsor, Revolution Natural Running & Walking will be offering a $50 gift certificate to the first male and female finisher in the 10k race wearing Vibram Fivefinger shoes, and a copy of “Born to Run” to the first Fivefinger-clad male and female finisher in the 5k race!
A few additional copies of “Born to Run” will also be given out as raffle prizes.

2011 WORS Trail Run Series
The seven race WORS Trail Run Series will once again kick off with the Iola Trail Mix on May 1 at the Iola Winter Sports Area, in Iola, Wisconsin. Details on this event and all of the events in this year’s series will follow soon with race registration scheduled to begin April 1. In other big news, the WORS Trail Run Series is happy to welcome presenting sponsor Clear Water Outdoor. A fan of our the trail running series, CWO has stepped up to support the series with its resources, guidance, and industry contacts to strengthen WORS trail running events going forward. Located in Lake Geneva, this great outdoor shop carries brands including Patagonia, Marmot, Brooks, Native Eyewear, Hobie, Kuhl, Chaco, Smartwool, Kaenon, Mountain Hardwear, Prana, and Salomon.
A volunteer steering committee has been formed to to administer the 2011. Supported by WORS and CWO the trail run series will again rely on local organizations to run each event with additional publicity, pre-registration, this website, and overall scoring handled by WORS and the steering committee.
