Course Discription:
A nice variety of wooded and open trails with some climbing and descending opportunities. Several viewing areas are easily accessible to spectators.

Registration:
Online at http://www.wors.org/register/ until midnight 7/18/11.
Onsite 7-8am on Sunday.

Entry Fees:
Pre-registration online $20 plus a $1 convience fee.
Onsite $25

cash or check only.

Start Time:
The 10K will start at 8:30am with the 5K going off at 8:35am.

Awards:
Custom WORS Trail Run Series medals and merchandise awards for 1st-3rd overall 5k and 10k, men and women. 1st -3rd for age classes, 5 and 10K, men and women: 19 & under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 & over, (overall award recipiants are excluded from age class awards).  Revolution Natural Running & Walking will be offering a $50 gift certificate to the first male and female finisher in the 10k race wearing Vibram Fivefinger shoes, and a copy of “Born to Run” to the first Fivefinger-clad male and female finisher in the 5k race!
