KORC (in conjunction with Muddy Paws Racing) is excited to host the third annual White Tail Ridge Trail Run in River Falls, WI. There will be 5K and 10K trail runs for competitors of all ages and ability levels. The race is held on the same day as the Wisconsin Off-Road Series (WORS) mountain bike race at the Whitetail Ridge trail system in River Falls. Course Discription:
Racers can expect flowing, fast hard-pack single track trail; roots and rocks; short, steep downhill and uphill sections; uphill switchbacks; grassy, wide open field sections; technical climbs; and a generous amount of flowing double track trail. This course will challenge every level of racer, and can be described as being similar to the Lowes Creek trails, in Eau Claire, with even more single track trail.

Registration:
Online at http://www.wors.org/register/ until midnight 8/15/11.
Onsite 3-6pm on Saturday, (the course will be marked by 3pm Saturday for inspection), and 7-8am on Sunday.

Entry Fees:
Pre-registration online $20 plus a $1 convience fee.
Onsite $25 cash or check only.

Start Time:
The 10K will start at 8:30am with the 5K going off at 8:35am.

Awards:
Custom WORS Trail Run Series medals and merchandise awards for 1st-3rd overall 5k and 10k, men and women. 1st -3rd for age classes, 5 and 10K, men and women: 19 & under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 & over, (overall award recipiants are excluded from age class awards).
